Shipping policy

This policy is to be read in conjunction with our ProRider Powersports Terms and Conditions.

 

DELIVERY PROCESSING TIME

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders upon receiving the order confirmation and processed the next business day (orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances). Our order processing runs from Monday - Friday every week, unless stated on our website of closure or delays, but not on weekends or public holidays. All orders placed before midday (12pm AEST*), Monday - Friday (Sydney metro, Victoria metro and QLD metro areas and surrounds, with the exception of WA, SA & NT) are generally dispatched on the same day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders due to sales and/or peak trading periods (dependent on public holidays), deliveries may be delayed by 48hrs (2 business days) – so please keep this in mind if you are purchasing to allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will endeavour to notify you via email or via our website.

If a product is unavailable, we may be able to add this to your cart but please note that there may be a delay in processing.

Orders shipped out of our warehouse location may take an additional 2-3 business days to arrive. 

Although express services are fast, unfortunately we can’t guarantee timings as it depends on the destination. Occasionally, carriers experience delays and as much as we don’t like it, they are out of our control.  We do not accept any liability and you agree to release us from all liability arising out of any delay in shipping and delivering an order.

Upon successful completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing details to track your order. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at the delivery address to sign for your order, the freight company will leave a notice for collection card with details on how you can collect your delivery.

 

SHIPPING RATES

We offer our customers nation-wide, FREE SHIPPING* on orders with a total order value of over $150.

We use a range of carefully selected freight companies across Australia. 

Your item/s will be sent via the freight company we deem to be most efficient. The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY AT THIS TIME - ANY ORDERS FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS WILL BE REFUNDED & NOT PROCESSED BY OUR TEAM.

*Free shipping is only available to customers who have spent over $150 in one single transaction and the free shipping is only applicable to the single order that has an order value over $150. Simply ordering another item after check out will not add to your original order value and the original order will not qualify for free shipping.

 

NON-SHIPMENT OF MOTORCYCLE AND E-BICYCLE UNITS

Our larger unit items such as motorcycles and e-bicycles sold are strictly PICK-UP ONLY as these items are too heavy, costly and dangerous to ship. 

 

DANGEROUS GOODS DECLARATION

ProRider Powersports is committed to providing a safe, secure service to our clients in transporting, handling and storing the products they classify as dangerous goods, and to provide for the safety of all employees, the community and the environment. 

Items considered as 'Dangerous Goods' will consist of lubricants, oils, some cleaning agents, aerosols, batteries and fuels.

As our shipping carriers provide specific policies regarding items classified as "Dangerous Goods", we can provide the following steps for these goods to be sent to our customers:

1. We will provide a shipping quote to the customer based on the location, item and details of the order. 

2. Once the customer has accepted the quote, they will need to pay for this at their own cost and our team will be in touch to arrange this. 

3. If the customer would like a refund for this purchase we can refund the full cost and any freight costs. 

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY SHIPPING DELAYS, LOST AND OR DAMAGED ITEMS, FINES OR ANY OTHER CONSEQUENCE INCURRED BY OUR SHIPPING CARRIER AS A RESULT OF THE DANGEROUS GOODS PURCHASE. ONCE THE ITEM HAS LEFT OUR PREMISES THIS IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY.
